Who we are

Sirvo is run by Sirvo, Inc. "We" means Sirvo, Inc.; "you" means the broker using it. Questions go to admin@sirvo.io.

What Sirvo does

You upload a commercial property flyer. Sirvo reads it into an editable draft, you correct and confirm it, and Sirvo saves the property to your workspace and lists likely tenants for each space, with the reasons from its record of retail stores.

Likely tenants are candidates to approach, not commitments, and the reasons are counts from public store data that can be incomplete or out of date. Drafts are read by software and can be wrong; check them before you rely on them. Decisions about a property, a tenant or a deal are yours.

Your account

• During the beta, Sirvo is for the brokers we invite. Keep your sign-in to yourself; you are responsible for what is done with it.
• Your workspace is private to you. Other brokers can't see your flyers, properties or conversations.
• We may pause or end an account that misuses Sirvo, for example by uploading material you have no right to share or by trying to reach other people's data.

Your flyers and data

You keep what you upload and type. You give us permission to store and process it to run Sirvo for you and to improve how Sirvo reads flyers and ranks tenants, as the Privacy page describes. Upload only flyers and details you are allowed to share.

Price

Sirvo is free during the beta. What it costs after that is on the Pricing page, and nothing is charged without a separate agreement with you.

A beta

Sirvo is new and changes often. Features can change, break or go away, and the service can be unavailable. It is provided as is, without warranties, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages from using it.

Ending

You can stop using Sirvo at any time and ask us to delete your data by writing to admin@sirvo.io. We will tell you before we change these terms; the date at the top shows the last change.
